When we had to decide where the setting for our thriller opening was going to be filmed we first had to come up with an idea for the storyline of thriller so that we could find a location suitable for what we had planned to film, for example if we had decided to film a high angle shot that was looking down on a character from a building/house we would have to make sure our setting had a clear window that we could shoot from. Also when we were deciding the location we were going to film in we had to take into consideration the how we would get there if it was far away and a time where we were all free so that we could go away and film. In the end we decided we would film in the school as it fits in with all the requirement we need for a location. It has all the features we plan on using to film like double doors and stairs, and it has all the apparatus we plan on using for special effects like a bookcase. As well as using the school as our location makes it easy for us all to travel there and it allows us plenty of time to film as we can do in during school hours as well as outside of school.
